About this product
Description
With modern abilities to concentrate pigments, Lukas has created oil painting colors with the intensity valued by professional artists but without the need to work the paint before oil painting. These artist quality oil paints are incredibly smooth with a consistent ground particle size; this is accomplished by grinding pigments with vehicle up to 7 times through a triple roller mill. These oil colors also take the guesswork out of drying while still maintaining an archival painting film. Their secret recipe employs primary driers that support the surface drying as well as auxiliary driers that support the body of the paint layer's drying; this allows for the quick drying feature of these oils, taking only 2-4 days to become completely dry. Crafted with Beeswax that ads a rich body and creaminess to the paint. These oil colors also take the guesswork out of drying while still maintaining an archival painting film.
